After Sunday Crosses
I designed this wall cross to be a humble reminder of God's glory and to remember Jesus's love for us.
The cross is designed to intentionally stand out by floating off from the circular back. The cross is made from machined steel featuring rounded ends, then cleanly joined by hand with silver solder. I choose precious metal finish in 24 karat gold or silver, it represents the glory of Christ.
Contrasting in material and form, the circular back represents God's infinite love, and the halo of Christ. To add warmth and richness, the circle back is machined from Walnut or White Oak into a circle shape with rounded edge. The neutral warm tone of wood creates a high contrast with the gold cross which allows it to manifest even more. An integrated keyhole allows for easy wall mounting and stability.
Each cross is hand soldered, CNC machined, and upholstered by the designer.
